    1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
    2 tsp Lemon juice, fresh

    1 Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

    Oils & Vinegars

    3 tbsp Olive oil, extra-virgin
    2 tsp Red-wine vinegar
