    Easy Fried Rice - I would try this with brown rice (for the diabetic), less peas & carrots & add shrimp & chicken and maybe a little bacon. Not completely healthy, but could be worse :)

    Made It. Ate It. Loved It. Sweet and Sour Chicken -- it really can't get any easier than this. All the ingredients are already in your pantry!

    Baked "KFC" Fried Chicken ~ I am pretty sure that I have discovered the KFC secret recipe! It is DEAD ON! It is also baked...not fried and there isn't any skin! So you get to enjoy the taste of the seasoning, instead of pulling it off because of the slimy skin!" - not mine - got this on Facebook ,, This is super easy and you are TOTALLY going to love it!

    Easy Fried Rice...

    Crockpot chicken and rice. This is so easy. I put my chicken breast in frozen. I only had 1 can of cream of chicken so I made up the difference with chicken broth. Will be making this again.

    Chicken and Broccoli Stir-Fry - You can also sub/add other veggies such as onion, mushroom and zucchini.
