Chai Tea Concentrate - 10 c filtered water, 18 bags black tea (preferably darjeeling), 4 cinnamon sticks, 4 star anise, 3 t whole cloves, 2 vanilla beans, split, 3 T chopped fresh ginger, 1½ t whole cardamom pods, mashed with the butt of a knife, 1½ t peppercorns, 1½ t ground nutmeg, 1 t fennel seed, zest from 1 orange, 1 c honey, ¼ t lime juice
sugar cookie shake- healthy and delicious! I added 1/2 scoop of vanilla whey and used the cashew butter. Yum!
