    Vanilla Chai Breakfast Shake - A single-serving recipe ◾1 very-ripe frozen banana (substitution: banana-free shake) ◾1 cup non-dairy milk of choice (or less, for a thicker shake. Brew your milk with a chai tea bag, then chill. ) ◾1/2 tsp powdered ginger ◾1/2 tsp cinnamon ◾tiny dash each: pepper, cardamom, ground cloves, and nutmeg (You can omit any/all if desired.) ◾1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract ◾optional: sweetener if desired ◾optional: feel free to add some coconut milk ice cream if desired!

Chai Tea Concentrate - 10 c filtered water, 18 bags black tea (preferably darjeeling), 4 cinnamon sticks, 4 star anise, 3 t whole cloves, 2 vanilla beans, split, 3 T chopped fresh ginger, 1½ t whole cardamom pods, mashed with the butt of a knife, 1½ t peppercorns, 1½ t ground nutmeg, 1 t fennel seed, zest from 1 orange, 1 c honey, ¼ t lime juice

sugar cookie shake- healthy and delicious! I added 1/2 scoop of vanilla whey and used the cashew butter. Yum!
