1 tsp Sage, dried

Refrigerated

3 Eggs, large

Canned Goods

2 oz Chipotle peppers in adobo
1/4 cup Tomato paste

Condiments

2/3 cup Ketchup

Baking & Spices

1 tsp Cocoa powder
1 tsp Kosher salt

Oils & Vinegars

1 tbsp Olive oil

Snacks

6 oz Ruffled kettle-style barbecue potato chips

    Try flax seed as an egg substitute. One tablespoon ground mixed with 3 tablespoons water. Mix and allow it to become gelatatinous. Then add to recipe and prepare as usual.

    As an egg substitute, I used 1/4 cup vegetable oil.

    I'm always looking for ways to add healthy fat to my diet. Seriously! I just didn't know if oil would help bind the ingredients. I will try replacing egg with oil next time too!
