"Fat-Burning Cardio Latin Dance Workout" by Denise Austin--- my hips joints were feeling sore today from a long hike the day before. So I wanted to do something that would move my body and wake me up, but not put extra strain on my hip joints. This video is a nice way to move and wake up. Even got my heart pumping a little by the end. I followed it up with 10 minutes of working on my arms with weights.
