My wife's favorite green smoothie recipe Light and lean green smoothie. 2 cups of spinach cucumber 2 cups frozen pineapple 1 stock of celery 1 cup of water 1 packet of raw stevia 4 drops of doTERRA Slim and Sassy

Peppermint Healthy Fudge    1 1/2 C Coconut oil  1 3/4 C agave  1 C Organic Coco Powder  1/2 tsp sea salt  1/8 scraped out Vanilla bean (don't have Vanilla been? Use 1 tsp Vanilla extract)  1-2 drops dōTERRA's Peppermint Essential oil.    Warm coconut oil until liquid. Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
