To a Dutch oven, add oil to a 2-inch depth. Preheat oil to 375 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Dip green beans into buttermilk, then dredge wet beans in flour mixture to coat.

Fried Cherry Tomato....serve with several dipping sauces, honey mustard, ranch, blue cheese and horsey! The ultimate veggie bar would be fried zucchini, mushroom, pickles, and sweet potatoes, but use your imagination! Baby back ribs or burgers pair well!

Line a baking sheet with foil, and spray with non-stick cooking spray. 2 Place green beans on prepared baking pan, Sprinkle seasonings and parmesan cheese evenly over green beans. 4. Place green beans in the pre-heated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy!
