First body rock flow today. I did the leg routine, 3 times through, and then revisited the Downward Dog, Pigeon Pose, Dangling and Backbend in the flow test yesterday. Maybe because I did this routine at night, instead of first thing in the morning, but I felt so much more loose today. So relaxed :)

    Well, on the schedule it said that they wouldn't so I wasn't surprised? I think if I feel like I need a more intense workout on a Yoga day I'll just do an old exercise.

    Thought it was great. The timetable suggests flow only today. Tomorrow is burn and sculpt. The more different routines, the better for the body!
