i think this just maybe true.  exercising (sweat) - helps me focus on something else other than my problems. crying (tears) - allows me to release tension, worries and pains.  being by the ocean - calms me and lets me know that there are bigger /greater things out there. salt water  IS the cure for everything.  µ  print by Tina Crespo
