wake up with determination, go to bed with satisfaction. my routine is now working out when i wake up and before i go to bed, and i really really really don't want to work out right now lol.

Don't beat yourself over a bad workout...at least you got it done. There is good days and bass days. Don't only focus on the bad

Bad run > no run. I have to remember this, getting up and doing SOMETHING is better than doing nothing! That's why I ran this morning even though it was the last thing I wanted to do, and I felt AMAZING afterwards!
