Lemon Peppermint Foot Scrub- makes about 8oz 1 cup coarse sea salt 1/2 cup sweet almond oil 2 tsp lemon zest (zest from 1 lemon) 8 drops peppermint essential oil 1. Mix all ingredients in a small bowl and store in a clean 8oz jar.
^Floral Body Scrub- 1 Cup Sea salt ½ Cup Sweet Almond Oil 5-7 Drops Lavender or Rose Hip Seed Essential Oil 1 Tbsp. Dried Lavender or Rose Weck Jars Directions: 1. In a small bowl mix exfoliate, oil and essential oil until well combined. 2. Add dried flowers if desired and fold in. 3. Spoon into Weck jar or sealed container. Body scrub should last up to a few weeks in the bath.
DIY: clay face mask~ - 2 T of Kitty Litter - fresh water - Any essential oil, herb, plant extract, whatever you like for your skin-tea tree oil, almond oil, aloe vera, infused rose oil, chamomile oil, lavender essential oil, etc. 1-Put kitty litter in a mixing bowl,2-Add tiny amount of water,stir gently, it should be muddy,not watery,3-Mix it all well until a smooth "mud",4-Put in microwave between 10-20 sec,warming mixture to open pores,5-apply, dry-10 to 15 mins.
DIY: Honey & Lemon Foot Soak | Warm Water | 1/2 cup Honey | 1–2 tbsp ACV | 1 Lemon (Sliced) | 1) Fill a large container with warm water. 2) Pour in the honey & vinegar. Whisk to combine. 3) Top the water with the lemon slices. 4) Soak your feet for 15–20 minutes. 5) Remove & dry thoroughly with a towel.
Breakfast For Your Skin Scrub: add 1/2 cup of oats to a food processor. Grind until it's powdery. Add 3/4 cups of brown sugar (dark or light is fine). Mix again. Then add 1/2 cup of jojoba oil, 1/2 cup of sweet almond oil, 1/2 t of vanilla, 1/2 t Vitamin E oil. Mix again. That's it.
Coconut...Lime....two of my favorite aromas come together to make the ultimate coconut lime body scrub! I've been making a bunch of delicious sugar scrubs and body butters with my essential oils over the last few weeks. When I received my bottle of Lime Essential Oil I knew I had to make coconut lime body scrub.
1 cup coconut oil, 2 cups turbinado sugar, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, 3 tablespoons vitamin e (optional) - Combine the two sugars in a bowl and mix to incorporate. Add coconut oil and vitamin e and stir to combine. Store in an airtight jar and stir before using (when needed - the oils will settle when not being used).
