      Read to self chairs. -- I absolutely love the idea of the Read to Self Chairs. This is a simple and creative way to encourage independent reading time. All the students have to do is flip their chair over and add a cushion for comfort! This will work great for the little one's who get bored easily!

    This bit of brilliance was designed for students with special needs. Each child has his or her own personal space, which can be outfitted with any sensory comforts that the child might need.     Quick, Cheap, and Easy Share Chair One of the teachers at my school made this share chair. I thought it was clever and cute. I had never thought of using a plastic lawn chair for a “Share Chair”. She decorated it with stickers and the kids love it. She uses it for not only literacy, but other subjects as well such as the closing of her math lesson.
