    Chicken Cordon Bleu Rollups 2 eggs 2 T milk 1 T coarse or Dijon mustard salt and pepper 1/2 c seasoned bread crumbs 1/2 c panko crumbs 1/2 c all-purpose flour 4 chicken cutlets, 1/4-inch thick 4 slices deli ham 4 slices swiss cheese Wisk egg, milk, mustard, salt, pepper. Combine Crumbs and flour. flatten chicken and layer swiss and ham over. Roll, secure with tooth pick. Dredge in egg, then crumbs. greased pan Bake 400 for 25 min. Rest 5 min.
