Sonoma Chicken Salad Sandwiches Dressing: cup mayonnaise cup apple juice 3 Tbsp honey 2 tsp apple cider vinegar 1 tsp prepared yellow mustard (optional) 1 Tbsp poppy seeds tsp onion powder Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Avocado Chicken Salad: 2 or 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, 1 avocado chopped onion Juice of a lime 2 Tbsp cilantro salt and pepper to taste. Cook chicken breast until done, let cool, and then shred. Mix with all other ingredients.
