Chicken... 1 box Uncle Ben's Long Grain Wild Rice (original recipe) 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can water (an extra can optional for moister rice) Chicken breasts or tenders In a greased 9 x 13 pan, mix the box of rice, cans of soup and can of water. Arrange the raw chicken on top of the rice mixture, and cover and seal with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours and "Don't Peek!"
Hash brown Bacon Breakfast Casserole Ingredients 4 c. frozen shredded potatoes 1/2 c. chopped onion 8 oz cooked & crumbled bacon 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese 1 can (12oz.) Evaporated Milk 1 egg 1 1/2 tsp seasoned salt Directions: PREHEAT oven to 350° F. Grease 8-in.square baking dish. LAYER 1/2 each potatoes,onion,bacon and cheese in dish; repeat. Combine milk, egg & salt. Pour over potato mixture; cover. BAKE for 55/60 min. Uncover; bake additional 5 min. Let stand.
