turn a sweater into a cardigan. no sew! cut, bend over edges and either glue or use iron hem tape, add a button for aesthetics, and tah dah-maybe recycle maternity clothes. Or too small sweaters.

T-shirt refashion - this may look   good with lace sides if you know what I mean. You can cut the sides from just under the sleeves down and sew lace there. Just an idea;)
