Bajio Chicken Salad

BAJIO CHICKEN SALAD: 5 chicken breasts, 1/2C salsa, 1 T cumin, 1/2C brown sugar, 4oz diced green chilies, 6oz Sprite. Chicken breasts in crock pot. Combine remaining ingredients. Dump over chicken; cook on low 5-6 hrs. Remove chicken & shred. Return to crock pot for 1 hr. Thicken juices w/ cornstarch mixed in water. Serve w/ tortillas, black beans, lettuce & cheese.
