DIY Febreeze. An empty spray bottle, 1 1/2 cups water, 1 tablespoon baking soda, 1 to 2 tablespoons of fabric softener. Some say to just fill up the bottle, but I used filled an old Febreeze bottle like pictured, which apparently meant too much water because it wasn't as effective as I was wanting. Added more fabric softener and a little more baking soda and it's just like Febreeze.

How to Make Homemade Febreze - mix together 1/4 cup scented fabric softener & 2 1/2 tbsp baking soda, then fill spray bottle with hot tap water and shake

Mason jar air freshener - fill a mason jar 1/4 full with baking soda and add 6-8 drops of your favorite essential oil. Punch holes in the lid and place in a spot that could use some freshening. Give the jar a gentle shake to boost it's air freshening power. Natural products and cheaper than regular fresheners!

Items Needed: ◾1/8 Cup of Fabric Softener ◾2 Tablespoons Baking Soda ◾Hot Water ◾Spray Bottle (I used an empty windex bottle) How-To: ◾Using a funnel, pour the fabric softener & baking soda into your spray bottle. ◾Fill the spray bottle with hot water and shake well.

Ghetto Febreze- I like this recipe because it's one of the first that doesn't include fabric softener which has chemicals I don't want in it. Also I have no fabric softener in the house. So I'm lazy basically.

DIY Febreeze: 1/8 cup fabric softener + 2 Tbs baking soda then fill the rest of the bottle with hot water. Use like you would Febreeze.

IM SO ADDICTED THAT I RUN THROUGH A BOTTLE IN NO TIME. THIS WILL BE CHEAPER!! homemade Febreeze
