My current day dream involves spending my days making homemade limoncello (preferably from lemons off my own trees) and experimenting with variations thereon (grapefruit, orange, hints of basil or thyme, etc). I would have limoncello cocktails most evenings, spend nights making up new desserts in which to use the limoncello I couldn't drink, and be known for giving attractively packaged bottles of my famous homemade brew as a gift for all occasions.
