This statement is so true. And the article attached to it is true too -- if the health issues associated with obesity aren't enough to scare you into a healthy lifestyle, then I don't know what is. Don't make wanting to 'look better' be the main motivation for trimming down -- make 'being healthy' the primary motivation. The 'look better' part will come naturally as a result. ;-)
Much as I hate to admit it, I need to remember this (specifically the second picture - hate the exercise, but feel AWESOME when I'm done).
best exercise pin i've ever seen. most of the other ones just make me feel guilty about things i shouldn't feel guilty about. don't let your body image consume your mind. everyone should try to be as happy and healthy as possible, but remember that there are a lot worse things in life than gaining a few pounds.
