Took more than 4 minutes in cold water to defrost and cooked with plenty of salt, pepper and Italian seasoning rubbed in for 1.5-2 minutes each side with the olive oil and tad bit of butter. Skeptic men (of cooking from frozen) loved it. Their only suggestion was to made defrost in fridge as center was slightly cool...but they ate every last bit!
