Braised pork with blistered tomatillos, Made this on 2/16/2012. It was decent but lacked a depth of flavor that a good spice mixture would probably cure.. cumin, chili powder, etc. Something to balance the tartness of the tomatillos too. I would also cut the potato pieces much smaller.
Chuckwagon Stew....from Plain Chicken..great meal...as the temperatures drop....
