Tried this today (minus the soy sauce and vinegar...would do that if i was eating the tofu alone though) and threw it on a bed of greens with a little pomegranate balsamic vinegar and a small handful of parsley, and it was surprisingly flavorful and satisfying. And easy!

(2013-01) 30-minute meatza *** Crust of ½ kilo ground meat (seasoned por supuesto), bake at 190° for 15 minutes on a cookie sheet *** Remove from oven. You will notice it will have a slimey layer on top - scrape that off with a spoon *** Add topping + cheese and bake for another 10 minutes
