How about tall ships rigging amongst the trees - ie concentrate on the rigging rather than the boat. Using canvas, can project images onto. Maybe all in line with each other. A wood and canvas tunnel like a fancy polytunnel for interior space, looking like an upturned boat.

1939. Kansas Wheat. When they realized women were using their sacks to make clothes for their children, the mills started using flowered fabric for their sacks so the kids would have pretty clothes. Pure kindness. The label would wash out. Old Photos: Kansas Wheat. I read that when they realized women were using their sacks to make clothes for their children, the mills started using flowered fabric for their sacks so the kids would have pretty clothes. Pure kindness. I also read that the label would wash out. Awesome. I remember flour sack dresses!

Margaret Bourke White's images of labor in South Africa's Western Cape in 1949, where white farmers subjected coloured workers to the "tot system" (basically farmers would pay farm workers in cheap wine; the system lasted well into the 1990s) and child labor was widespread. The Western Cape has one of the highest incidence of fetal alcohol syndrome in the world still today,
