Bacon Jam! Used this recipe with a few swaps, allspice for curry, molasses for the dark corn syrup. Changed the method slightly as well, put everything with the rendered bacon in the crock pot, the only stove cook time was to render the bacon and slightly cook the onions in the butter baconjam-DSC_0290
