Olive Garden Alfredo Sauce. 1 pkg Pasta (we like penne, instead of fettuccine) 1 stick of butter 1 clove of minced garlic 1 pint of heavy cream 1 cup of fresh Parmesan cheese 2 tbsp cream cheese 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp white pepper
package of boneless pork chops 1 can of Cream of Chicken soup 1 packet dry Ranch dressing mix In crockpot layer porkchops, add the cream of chicken soup, then sprinkle dry Ranch dressing all over. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours OR Low for 6 hours.
Crockpot Corn Chowder - 4 potatoes (peeled and diced) 1 Can of cream corn 1 Can of whole kernel corn 2 Cups of chicken broth 8 Ounces of diced ham 1 Cups of diced onions 1/4 Cups of butter 2 Cups of half and half Place potatoes, both cans of corn, chicken broth, ham, and onions into the slow cooker. Cook on low for 7-8 hours. Mash the mixture to your desired consistency and then add the butter and half and half. Cook for an additional 30 minutes on high, and you are set.
Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (frozen is fine) 1 cup salsa, 1 can condensed cream of chicken, 1 packet taco seasoning, 1/2 cup sour cream. Place chicken in the bottom of your slow cooker. Sprinkle taco seasoning on chicken. In a bowl, combine soup and salsa. Pour over chicken. Cook on high 4 hours. Shred chicken with two forks and stir in sour cream. Serve on tortillas or as desired.
Crockpot Beef Stroganoff 1-2 lbs cube steak, cut into one-inch pieces 2 cans condensed golden mushroom soup (no substitutes!) 1 cup chopped onion 1 Tb Worcestershire 1 14 oz can beef broth, salt & pepper 4 oz cream cheese, room temp 1/2 c. sour cream In the crockpot, combine the meat, soup, onion, Worcestershire sauce, salt & pepper and beef broth. Cook on low for 5-6 hours 3. Stir in cream cheese and sour cream about half hour b/f serving. Serve over Egg Noodles
