This saying seems to represent the psychology of play quite well for me. Through the psychology of play course, we have learned that playing isn't just for children, it is for us all. We learned that we should incorporate play into our daily lives and how beneficial and needed play truly is. While also learning how to use play to our advantage, so that when we play it isn't always aimless. This way playing can have a direction, becoming the most beneficial to us at the time we are playing.

Pablo Picasso "The Dream" 1932 ... there was a time in my childhood when I would only draw my pictures to look like pieces by Picasso. This face split in two idea was something I especially loved to do.
