SUNBURN....Use Noxzema facial cleanser. It is sold in blue tubes, and is extremely effective at removing the heat and the sting from a bad sunburn. Rub as much as possible onto the burned skin. Do not wash off; allow it to soak in. Reapply as often as possible.
How to Get Rid of Bruises - Put something cold on the bruise, keep the area elevated. After first day vinegar mixed with warm water will help the healing process. Take a handful of fresh parsley leaves, crush them and spread them all over the bruise. Wrap the area with an elastic bandage.
ATTENTION ALL GIRLS: We ALL know that the lower stomach is one of the very hardest places to burn fat and tone. These are some terrific exercises to do in the morning and at night to burn those hard to tone areas! Do this every morning when you wake up, and every night before you sleep. I suggest 20 reps of each but take it slow until you get use to it!
