Recipe is easy, put olive oil, salt and pepper on okra. Bake at 425 for 15-20 minutes.

Roasted asparagus  ½ lb fresh asparagus 1 tbsp olive oil 2 cloves garlic minced 1 tsp lemon juice Fresh Romano, parsley, black pepper and salt to taste Cut wooden ends off asparagus and place in a baking dish to create one layer. Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts  375 oven... cut sprouts in half... olive oil, salt and pepper and about 2T balsamic vinegar.  Cut side down on baking sheet - 15 min in oven, flip and 15 min more.
