Blueberry Coconut Dreamsicles - 1 C blueberries, ⅛ C liquid sweetener (i.e. Coconut Nectar), 1 lemon juiced, 12 oz full fat coconut milk. Pour sweetener & lemon juice over berries, mix gently. Put coconut cream in medium bowl & whip til thicken add blueberry mix while whipping. Some berries will break releasing juice & create texture. Hand mix gently for whole berries. Or, blend all ingreds for purple pop color. Pour mix into popsicle molds, freeze 2-6 hours til frozen.
