BLACK BEAN BURGERS: Mix 1 15-oz can rinsed beans, ½ T Cuban seasoning, ½ chopped onion, 1 chopped red bell pepper. Add ½ c. Progresso bread crumbs, 1 egg. On greased cookie sheet, bake 10 min at 375, turn over & bake 5 min more. Top with 2 slices avocado, a squeeze of lime juice, cilantro. Serve w/lime wedge on side. Makes 4 burgers.
