Crockpot Baked Potato Soup Review: AMAZING!! SO flavorful. I loved this and cannot wait to make it again. I cut the recipe in half since it's just my husband and I and we still had leftovers. Tastes just like Outback's creamy onion soup. I may add more onions next time to make it Outback's onion soup! I highly recommend this recipe.

RED POTATOES CUBED WITH SKIN LEFT ON, DRIZZLE WITH EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL, COAT WITH A PACKAGE OF ZESTY ITALIAN DRESSING MIX AND STIR TO COAT, ADD MINCED ONION FOR FLAVOR, SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE. COOK 400 DEGREE OVEN FOR 45 MINUTES OR UNTIL TENDER. TOP WITH GRATES PARMESAN CHEESE.
Crockpot Gravy Steak, with Healthy Request soups. I will nix the onion soup mix and put in some fresh sautéed onions. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes, and snow peas or roasted green beans. My mom makes this on the stovetop, when I ask for it, and it is one of my fondest memories.
