Gluten and Wheat Free Vanilla Wafers that can also be made into teether cookies for older babies (contains sugar). These turned out VERY crumbly for me but it could be because I had to use lactose free margarine and almond milk. With that being said, they tasted delicious!!

Wacky Cake - no eggs, milk, or butter. I substituted gluten free flour for the regular flour. I also added a little almond flour to make it even richer. It works for the gluten free diet and if you have dairy or egg issues. Moist and yummy. I made a glaze with good quality melted dark chocolate and almond milk.
