Spaghetti Aglio, Olio, e Peperoncino. Simple, easy, and cheap!!! I didn't use near as much red pepper flakes as it called for, and I sauteed the garlic and pepper flakes first. 7 ounces of spaghetti 2 large or 3 small garlic cloves, minced 1 1/2 teaspoons of chili pepper flakes 1/4 to 1/3 cup of extra-virgin olive oil 3/4 teaspoon of salt 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper Cook spaghetti until it is al dente.
