    *If you wrap your celery in tinfoil before storing in refrigerator, still be fresh and crisp when you pull it out weeks later. This really works!!!! This also works for stored broccoli for 7 weeks wrapped in tin foil, and heads of lettuce for at least 6 weeks!!!

Also works for stored broccoli for 7 weeks wrapped in tin foil, and heads of lettuce for at least 6 weeks - Hmmm, I'll have to look this one up (wouldn't want to keep any fresh food for 7 weeks, but a week or two would work!)
