Zucchini Bread. SOO tasty! *Used coconut oil (from Costco) instead of vegetable oil. Used half brown sugar and half white sugar. No walnuts. I doubled it to get 4 loaves and it was way too much for my big KitchenAid by the end. I had to mix in the zucchini by hand. Just FYI.
