    Sweets are not my favourite thing with some exceptions, like this dark chocolate cake with chocolate sauce....

    Traditional Brownies - soft inside, nice crunchy top. 1/2 85% and 1/2 semisweet chocolate was not super sweet but extremely chocolatey. If need/want more sweetness, should probably aim for much less dark chocolate.

    Simply Wonderful is a quick and never failing sweet of butter, sugar, cacao/carob, vanilla and milk powder. No cooking required. The taste is 1000 times fresher than that of manufactured chocolate. On the top there is a flower of Holy Basil.

    Made this for a friend's engagement party..... so delicious! Make sure to have three inch high pans though instead of two (otherwise it will overflow) or make four layers instead of three. Also, allow time for the frosting to soften before frosting. (i always forget that!)
