    Camel pose. #yoga I've been doing a different version of this pose. Working it out by bringing one arm at time forward, feeling all the thrust in abs & quads. And then moving back into Camel one arm at a time...repeating 10-15 reps. I promise you will feel it, and I promise you will notice it in a week or so:))
