Ingredients 1/2 cup peeled and coarsely chopped kiwis (from about two kiwis) 2 teaspoons agave nectar or honey 4 mint leaves ice 2 ounces light rum Directions In mini food processor, puree kiwis and agave. In cocktail shaker, muddle mint leaves. Fill shaker with ice, then add rum and kiwi puree. Shake vigorously and strain into ice-filled glasses. Frozen Cherry Mojitos 1 lb frozen, pitted cherries 3 cups crushed ice 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves 1 cup white rum 1 cup lime simple syrup lime wedges and fresh cherries to garnish Place the frozen cherries, ice, mint, rum, and lime simple syrup in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into chilled glasses and top with crushed ice. Garnish with lime and cherries.
