Now you can easily add the cubes to pasta or potato dishes, stews, soups, or for roasting onions, garlic, and other veggies. -- PINNED IT, TRIED IT, LOVED IT. i have tried preserving several herbs this way (basil, thyme, sage). only thing is that i always have trouble getting the cubes to "pop" out of the ice cube tray. i soak the bottom of the tray in hot water for a minute or so and that does the trick. such a fantastic idea.
