TESTED: Pecan Pie Cheesecake. Add maple extract to cheesecake batter. And replace Nilla Wafers with honey graham crackers with cinnamon added to the crust mix. So delicious. I topped mine with a chocolate ganache and homemade whipped cream. YUM.
