The Better Butt Workout! It’s some awesome Standing Pilates moves that will really make you sore the next day. You’ll also activate your core, test your balance, and trim up your thighs as well. Have fun! Every move is done 20x each side and you should repeat the whole thing 4x for a complete booty blaster. <3 Cassey
Butt & Thighs - Squat with back to wall, feet together, thighs parallel to floor, hands on hips. Maintain back and butt contact with wall as you lift left knee toward chest (as shown). Return to start. Switch leg to complete 1 rep. Repeat.
