Stir together Cream Cheese, Shredded Cheese, and Taco Seasoning. Fold in the shredded meat, Divide the mix into the tortillas and roll up. Spray the tops with cooking spray and bake for 30 minutes at 350. (flip them at 15 minutes) Garnish with sour cream...and chives...and salsa...uhh yum!
Bacon Bow-Tie Pasta... 8-oz. pkg Bow Tie Pasta, 1/2 lb Bacon, 8-oz. pkg soft Cream Cheese, 1/4 c soft Butter, 1 1/2 tsp. Italian Season, 2/3 c. Milk, 1/2 c. grated Parmesan Cheese... Cook pasta; Drain; Keep warm. Cook bacon; Blot; Crumble. Beat next 3 with electric mixer on LOW til smooth. Gradually add milk, beat til smooth. Microwave cream cheese mix at HIGH for 3 min til heated thru, whisk every 30 seconds. Pour over warm pasta, tossing to coat. Top with bacon and Parmesan.
"OMG Chicken" ~ mix Sour Cream or Yogurt (1/2 c) and parmesan cheese (1/4 c). Spread over chicken breast in a baking dish, sprinkle italian bread crumbs on top and bake at 425 degrees for 20-30 minutes. SO moist and tasty!
