      Homemade Pedialyte Recipe 2 quarts water 1 teaspoon baking soda 2 1/2 tablespoons sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup orange juice Mix all ingredients together and serve. Refrigerate up to 3 days.

      How to Make Homemade Pedialyte :: Recipes and Instructions. I tried the Orange juice recipe and oh God it tasted horrible I was gagging. The salt and baking soda taste is hard to mask. I'll give the other recipes a try before I decide to keep or delete this pin.

    I'm in nursing school and thought I"d share the recipe on how to make DIY pedialyte. Ingredients 2 quarts water 1 tsp baking soda 7 teaspoon sugar 1 packet unsweetened Kool-Aid powdered drink mix (optional) ½ teaspoon salt substitute (optional) Mix all together well & store in fridge for no more than 3 days. make into Popsicles/ice cubes for something fun. makes 2 Q
