Brazilian Lemon (lime) ade. So Good! I also made Mango-Orange and it was even better! 8 cups Mango-Orange juice, 6 cups water, 12 Tbs SCM (like in recipe), omit the sugar. When I made the Lime one, I didn't have a great blender on hand, so I just used juice of 10 limes for a double recipe (about 2 cups lime juice) and worked out just great! This would be great for a party.

How to make caramel from sweetened condensed milk. This is pretty interesting. And the photo is yummy looking. But two hours in a pot of boiling water...that is a long time. I can make caramel in about five minutes on the stove top. Anyway...it is interesting.
Brazilian Lemonade- This is so good! There is a way to make ahead of time and it won't go bitter if you just use the zest of four limes and then simmer in the sugar water syrup, strain, cool and then blend or mix with the lime juice, sweetened condensed milk and ice.
