Jello frosting, works for any flavor! 3 ounce pkg. of Jello (favorite flavor), 2/3 cup granulated sugar, 1 egg white, 1 teaspoon vanilla. Place the above ingredients in a large GLASS OR METAL mixing bowl (OF A STAND MIXER). Turn the mixer on high just as you add ½ cup of boiling water. Whip on high for five minutes! This would be great on cupcakes, with the holiday flavored Jell-O!

Ingredients ♥ 1/2 pound (2 sticks) butter, softened ♥ 1 1/2 pounds (3 8oz packages) cream cheese ♥ 6 cups powdered sugar ♥ Instructions ♥ Whip together butter & cream cheese on medium high speed until well blended and fluffy ♥ Reduce speed to low and slowly blend in powdered sugar ♥ Once sugar is blended in, increase speed to medium and beat well for another 1-2 minutes until smooth.
