One of my favorite things about yoga is seeing your body conquer something new and challenging. It will amaze you! Every time i need some insperation i think of what amazing things my body can and could do. Its truley remarkable!!!
5 minutes into a nervous breakdown I put on my tennis shoes, stuck in my earbuds and took off. A mile down the road I was perfectly happy with tears rolling down my face. Sometimes you just have to let go.... I WISH I COULD GET INTO RUNNING BLEH!
