Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Tried...Cauliflower Pizza Crusts- A little soft we had to eat it with a fork. Regular mozzarella cheese to the top if you to only add a little bit in place of the ricotta. next time I am going to try to flip it over in the middle of baking time to try and make it less soggy. Baked longer then suggested about 25 minutes and still soft.
