Sugar Coated Pecans Recipe Preheat oven to 250F. Grease a jelly roll baking sheet. In a large bowl, whip together 1egg white and 1Tbsp water until frothy. Mix in 1C sugar, 3/4tsp salt, 1/2tsp cinnamon. Add 1lb pecans to mixture, stir to coat the nuts evenly. Spread the nuts out on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes. Cool for 30min.
