    Crock Pot Turkey Chili 1lb ground turkey 1 onion chopped 1 green bell pepper chopped 1 red bell pepper chopped garlic salt to taste 1 can black beans, rinsed and drained 1 can rotel 1 can stewed tomatoes 1 can corn 1 8 oz package fat free cream cheese Chili powder and red pepper flakes to taste Brown the turkey in a skillet with garlic salt and onions. Put in Crock Pot and top with other ingredients. Mix well. Cook on high 4 hours

Going to try this but modified. I don't have Herbs De Provence so I'm not sure what I will rub it with. I don't have red peppers so I'll layer the bottom with onion and carrots and stuff the bird with apples, carrots and onion. We'll see how it tastes.
